What is the Leadership Summit?
The leadership conference is a half day conference focused on learning, networking, and overall increasing the potential of all attendees. Students and leaders come together at Ohio State's campus to create an incredible event. Students gain skills from speakers, break out sessions, networking, and activities.

What to expect:
The Leadership Summit is a professional and personal development event for motivated Ohio State students. Attendees can attend breakout sessions focused on professional and industry-relevant skills led by industry experts and accomplished community leaders. The day will conclude with a plated dinner and keynote session.

TOM BURTON
Mr. Tom Burton is an award-winning Superintendent of the Princeton City School District, located just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. Author of “Mark of Leadership: Strategies for Leading with Purpose, Plans, and Passion.”, Tom's leadership experience stems from multiple roles.

Keynote Speaker
JIM DICKEY
Mr. Jim Dickey is a retired Senior Managing Director at Accenture holding a variety of leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer - North America and Group Operating Officer – Resources. Jim currently is the Managing Partner of Coral Windsor Holdings, LLC. He is an Ohio State ISE graduate and has an MBA from Miami University.
